Undiagnosed neurological illness

Hi, For the past year I've been suffering from numbness to toes & hands, strange feelings in lower legs & feet, occasional dizzy spells, fatigue, tight sensations to head and face, lower back pain, pain to lower ribs, momentary headaches & tinitus. I also feel very unsteady and shaky after doing anything physical. I spent 3 months in bed earlier this year but have been more active recently. I've had MRI scans, blood tests, lumbar puncture, ECG, EMG and cardiac tests. All these have been negative, apart from the EMG tests, which pciked up a slightly abnormal result. My neurologist cannot diagnose anything, apart from the possibility of a virus picked up last summer causing all the symptoms.
I had been improving over the last 2 months, but the symptoms are getting steadily worse again. I'm unable to work or do much in the way of physical exercise, apart from very slow walks.
If anybody has any suggestions about where to go next I would be very grateful.

Hi can i ask if you have taken any specific medications or antibiotics in the past.
