Unequal pupils, carotid cave anuerisym, and a pineal cyst?

For about 5 weeks I have had unequal pupil sizes. The left eye they suspect is the one not working correctly as it is the larger one. Both eyes do not react as quickly to light as they should. I had a CT Angiogram that was negative.

Then I started having headaches, nausea, and dizziness. So the neurologist sent me to the ER. They did another CT Angiogram that was negative. CBC that was fine and eye pressure test that was fine. They gave me a morphine shot and anti-nausea shot and sent me home.

Then my right eyelid started drooping so the Neurologist sent me to another ER. They did an MRI with and without contrast and an MRA. Drug testing, CBC, and some other blood tests. The MRI showed that I have a 10 mm x 7 mm x 9 mm Pineal Cyst. Also a Carotid Cave Aneurism (aneurysm). They gave me lots of nausea meds and pain meds and sent me home and said it was a migraine. All other tests were fine.

I have also seen the Opthamologist who said one eye is like Adies and the other is like Horners Syndrome. My Neurologist now does not seem to concerned. He is ordering an MRI of the upper spine and a CT Angiogram of the chest I think to rule out Horners Syndrome. My eyesight went from -1.25 and-.75 to -2.25 and -2.00. My eyesight does seem blurry and occasion double vision.

I am growing concerned as I have almost fallen, my son caught me.I am very dizzy and nauseated. My head hurts all the time. I am also having leg cramps. There is pressure behind my eyes. I am extremely tired and seem to sleep all the time now. I also feel a little confused and cant focus on things mentally.

I am a 38 female with asthma, gerd, plantar fasciitis, b12 deficiency-new, hypothyroidism-new, fibromyalgia-new

If anyone has an idea about any of these things please let me know.

I would go see a neuro-opthomologist so that you can get a good eye check.

Then I would see a neuro-endocrinologist and get a good hormone check as the pineal cyst may be messing with your sleep etc. It secretes the hormone melatonin. It is also near the pituitary and so that may be effected. The neuro would not have a clue - get to those who do know.

Get copies of everything as well.

So far I have seen several Nuerologists and two Opthamologists. Hospitalized 2x and at the ER 2x. I have had multiple MRI, MRA, CT Scans, Eye tests, and they still dont know what is causing the symptoms. I have unequal pupils that dont react to light. Dizziness, Headache, nausea, off balance, confusion, forgetfullness, extremely tired and weak. I now have pnuemonia (pneumonia), elevated heart rate, and an infection where they had one of the IV's. They have found a Pineal Cyct, Anuerisym, Hepangioma, Intermittent Lobe Nodule. They are thinking its just a migraine. But its now been around 9 weeks. I am on heavy duty pain killers and Topomax (topamax) for it and nothing is changing. If anyone has any ideas or thoughts please let me know. Thanks so much.
