Unexplainable burning flushes in brain. Neurologist cant tell what's wrong.

Dear doctor

I had 3 episode of burning sensation which rose from my feet to my arms and back of head and it is gone in 10 minutes since last 2 weeks. I do feel abit numb in my head a few times.

I can still feel a mild burning/hot flush in my head especially when im about to sleep On some occasion i do have some slight dull headache on left , pressure on head and a mild zap pain running along the nerve in my arm within second. However i have mild nausea and giddiness everyday for an hour for past 3 weeks! I have been having chest pain around the heart.

I am sensitive to light sometimes.I also have tingling sensation all over ( neck , arm , leg and even neck) everyday.

My potassium & iron/magnesium level is ok , Blood count test is ok, my echocardiogram result is ok and i do not have thyroid problem. My stroke screen MRI scan is ok (my radiologist spot a small permanent space or lacunar with no mass effect but 2 neurologist say it is a space or scar as blood flow in neck and brain is perfectly normal) and my family do not have any history of illness. The MRI detect maxilliary sinitius but no flu is reported within this period.

I consulted 2 neurologist  and 5 General Practitioner who dismiss it as anxiety and stress. Can it be due to lack of oxygen in brain?

What is wrong with me?  I am only 26 male. I seek your expertise in this issue. What test should i go for?
