Unknown Symptoms

I am a 20 year old college student and have been suffering from several strange symptoms for the past couple of years. I suffer from constant migraines and recently have been getting painful toe curling spasms, where my toes on my left foot distort and curl under, causing a great deal of pain for several minutes. I had een getting these spasms for several years, but have never been diagnosed with anything for it. Also, now it seems to occur more constantly and on the same toe (my second toe on my left foot). After I think the spasm has stopped, any movement of my toes causes another fit of spasms. Sometimes walking helps, but I usually try to ignore the problem and let the spasms stop on their ownI occationally get muscle spasms in my leg as well but have not gotten one in a year, but have been experiencing back pains. I sometimes even experience lightheadedness where my vision gets distorted and my head tingles for several moments, especially when I get up too quickly. I know this may be due to low blood pressure, however everytime my dad (who is also my physician) checks my pressure, he says that it is nothing to worry about. I have also been diagnosed with gpc and have recently been having constant twiches in my left eye (which I was getting before being diagnosed and before taking the eye drops). Small touches such as rubbing my eyes set off the twitching. I also constantly experience loose bowel movements and diarrhea.

I have been diagnosed with polycyctic ovary syndrome, acid reflux, migraines, and gpc. It seems unplausable for
ALL of these to be unrelated. I am on birth control for irrlegular periods from PCOS, antibiotics/Proactiv for acne, and eye drops for my GPC. I have no known allergies other than pollen and dust, and maintain a healthy lifestyle by trying to eat healthy, and exercise daily. I am 5'3, 107 pounds, and of South Asian descent. I am also under a great of stress from school as I am a pre-medical student, and live in New York City. I have been told that much of my discomfort is due to stress, but I thought I would try reaching out to see if anyone else might have any ideas as to what is going on with my body.
