Unknown ailment-Please help!

Hello, I am desperate for answers. I am hoping someone might be able to help. I am a caucasian female 40 years of age. About 10 years ago one side of my face became paralyzed for a period of time. I was diagnosed with atypical Bell's Palsy. It lasted for three months or so. Shortly thereafter I suffered with leg twitches. Not in the sense that my whole leg was moving, but rather the muscles in my legs twitched constantly. Finally this subsided as well. Often times, I felt so weak as though it took every once of energy just to move. Then I went through another bout of facial paralysis. That time(7 years ago) it lasted about four months or so. I still have symptoms today. Often times I feel as if someone is pinching the bridge of my nose as hard as they can. I also get very painful pulling of the muscles in my face(charley horses). If I open my jaw wide, there is a tat, tat, tat, ringing in my ear, almost as if someone were beating a drum very fast. I can deal with those symptoms pretty well, as they only happen sporadically. But now the weakness has returned. Usually it seems to appear right after I eat. I feel very, very, shaky and weak. I can only describe it as feeling as if I hadn't had anything to eat...like I had low blood sugar. What could be happening and what should I do? I have had several ct scans, and a test(not sure of the medical term for the procedure)  where they inserted needles into various muscles in my body. All tests in the past have had negative results.
Any help or advise would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!

Sounds just like lyme disease to me.
