Unsteady, clammy, unreality.

2 days ago, driving, unstressed. No warning, felt a kind of "ping", everything surreal for a while, like a wave over me. Really had to think to keep driving, stopped to rest. Like I was "there" but all else was a "film"; unreality. Clammy too. Brain felt too large for my scull i.e. like a pressure not a headache. Legs felt weak. Soon passed and I attended 3 business meets. Next day felt strange, not too bad but it all came back again. Went to Doc, had ECG which was A1, blood pressure high on the first check (nervousness?) but subsequently (x2) is normal. Have had a blood test

Hi John Im a depression sufferer  and what you have said happens to me too. Its like everywhere around you feels detached . Feeling like youre in a film like you have said . It ***** man because everytime it happens it leaves me miserable and starts to panic and cry. I dont know how I can help but try to cut off caffeine from your diet

You are not alone John .There are millions of people around the world who suffer from anxiety . I think what you have is anxiety  my friend try and speak with your psychologist or a doctor for further evaluation.

Yours sincerful
