Update?

Hello Lynn. I just read your help article from 2002 and was wondering if you ever found any help for your headaches/ear pain/dizziness? I am 31 years old and have been having headaches since I was 12 but they keep getting worse. They just keep telling me that I have hereditary migraines. I have pretty much the same symptoms that you metioned having. Please let me know if you have any diagnosis and/or treatment for your symptoms. Thanks

I have something called Vestibulopathy which is like vertigo on speed.  I have had this forever, at least 15 years, but it has gotten worse within the past 3 years, to the point that I had to quit work.  I know how you feel when you say no one believes you, my own mother thinks I make it up. Basically I spin and or feel like you are drunk 90% of the day, if I get a 10 minute strech where I am not dizzy I think I am having a good day. It gets depressing! There is nothing that they can do--which is what I have been told by 2 specialists one of which has the same thing...so basically they tell me I have to live with it. Problem is I was told that it would come and go, but mine stays...I feel like I am a loser because most days I have to lay in bed and will the room to stop spinning.  Has anyone out there any information on this, or has this?? I would like to talk with people who have similar exeriences
