Upper Back Burning sensation

by boston_guy70, Jun 19, 2007 09:09PM
Hello there,

I have consistent Burning sensation on my upper left back.  No pain as such, but the burning sensation is something like a "shooting pain".  Also i feel as if i have a layer of something, may  be plastic over that area.  If i touch my upper left back, where i notice the pain and then touch my upper right back, i can clearly feel the difference.

This has been there on and off for about an year.  I went to my PCP and also a Neurologist, but unfortunately by the time i get my appointment date, the pain may or may not be there.  In most cases it is not there.  Hence, i have been unable to figure out a solution to this problem.

Any help would be great.

Thank you in advance.
Justin
