Your symptoms could be due to Parkinson's disease. Presence of 'Jaw tremors' in Parkinson's disease have been reported, even isolated Jaw tremors, without involvement of fingers, hand or foot has been reported.
The other condition, which needs to be ruled out is 'Essential (benign, familial)Tremors', which can be mistaken for parkinsonian tremors. The family history of tremors is more common, alcohol in small quantities may improve these tremors and usually other neurological signs are lacking.
I will suggest you to take an appointment with a neurologist.
