Various Symptons Various Cures We are all different

by NIBALIFE, Jan 15, 2009 02:15PM
I am reading many entries regarding dizziness, blurred vision, spuratic pain, symptons of the nervous system. My questions are. Do you smoke? Do you over work at the gym, job or activities? How healthy is your diet. What do you drink often and on a daily basis? Do you have a daily stretch routine? I believe our bodies have the capacity to heal itself. It is hard to diagnos each individuals problem with one common solution because we are all genetically different. I propose taking certain measures in addition to seeing a doctor. Make sure you drink atleast 10 cups of water a day. Cut out soda, caffeine and sugar. Cut out fried foods. Get plenty of sleep. Take naps. Stretch everyday for atleast 45 minutes or two sessions of 30 minutes. Take walks or light runs. We are all stressed out right now because of the economy. We must remember to maintain our bodies. Take a look at your habits and if they are unhealthy...then try to replace them with healthy ones. You can also try detox to eliminate toxins in your body if you do not desire to give up bad foods. Cleanse your colon. Try going to www.curezone.com they have holistic remedies and a consortium of information from doctors all over the world. REmember. The healthier your body is the better it can work on fighting what ever ails you. If you have so much that your body has to get rid of such as (meat takes a long time to get through your system) cut out pork, beef, chicken. Eat more green vegetables. Atleast for 60 days. Cleanse your body. You can always go back to eating meat. This is good for those who cannot afford to go to the doctor or those with symptons that keep re-occurring. STEAM YOUR VEGGIES WHERE THEY HAVE A NICE CRUNCH! Do not cook out all the good vitamins and minerals. Take supplements if you have to. Take a yoga class or buy a CD. Also you can buy a stretch CD. Usually when you are having these ailment your body is trying to tell you something. Be weary of Doctors who are afraid to admit they do not know what is wrong with you or prescribe a labotomy rather than tell you to take care of yourself.. Try not to get upset or anry. Try to lose all negativity in your life.  Take a holistic aproach for a short while til you get your bearings. Good luck and god bless.
