Various symptoms

These are my symptoms:
Extreme fatigue
Ringing in ears
tingling in forearms
Feeling nauseous and hungry
Any ideas?
Fatigue is the worst, although ringing in ears and tingling in forearms is weird
Take Lamictal 100 mg at night for seizure disorder - sometimes helps
Take Aciphex for GERD,

Haven't seen neurologist yet.
This discussion is related to multiple wierd symptoms - any ideas.
