After CT Scans and MRI Scans doctors believed he could have had an aneurysm. He has worse double vision in his left eye, loss of sensation down his entire right side, loss of power down left side, speech prolems from time to time, difficulty with memory and terrible fatigue. The head pressure pain is still happening.
We always wondered if the car accident was a contributary factor as his neck cracked a couple of hours before the heamorrhage happened and he had one of his head pains at time of heamorrhage.
Its only now after consulting a different neurosurgeon that he believes that it could possibly be Verteral Artery Dissection caused by neck trauma but will have to look into it more. We also found out from him that he has an aneurysm in one of his arteries but it shows no sign of havin burst or looking like it will though it will have to be monitored.
Even if it is found out that its not VAD then we learned alot more from this neurosurgeon than we did from our own neurosurgeon and neurologist. We know it is a hard to detect condition but after doing some research the symptoms of other sufferers are very very similar to his.
