Vertebral Hemangiomas

It seems like mine is getting worse, one us on my Coccyx and one S2/3. The one the can see fully is 6.4 x 4.2, the other is hard to see as it's wrapped around a section of my coccyx. The pain is getting worse pretty quickly and it's affecting my bladder now. My Dr. pulled me off Tramadol, horrible withdrawals and now I'm in serious pain, I can barely move w/out pain. I'm finally getting into a pain clinic, I'm not sure what to expect, my cortisone shots have stopped working. I guess I'm asking if anyone has been in my situation and what kind of treatment did you get, do I can get an idea what may happen? Thx for any help :-)
