Vertigo/Earaches

Had MRI done for vertigo came back with Multiple punctate areas of T2 bright signal in the deep white matter bilaterally with no surrounding edema or mass effect - they do not enhance.  These could represent nonspecific gliosis, demyelinating process, or even migraine or hypertensive-type change.  otherwise groosy negative MRI of the brain and of the IAC's.  WOW what is this implying?  Vertigo is gone saw a ENT Dr. before the MRI was done and felt it was an inner ear problem.
