Vertigo Help

I'm 20 years old and work full time and im in front of computer 98%  of the time at work. I will usuallly get vertigo when i get up at work or drive home for lunch few times. I'm confused whether it is due to the excessive computer use or stress. One day the dizziness lasted for 30 mins and i almost felt like fainting. The vertigo stopped a few monhts ago but there kinda coming back. What do I have or what should I do?

See your doctor and optometrist, they may refer you to an Opthamologist, ENT specialists, and/or Neurologists. Take note of what you are doing when it happens if anything and what all the symptoms are. Don't put it off since you are spinning for half an hour take this very seriously.
