Vertigo associated with neck?

Heres my history in short that associates with my question. Thank you ahead of time for taking your time out to read and hopefully reply.

-Four years ago I was sick with just a regular cold; ended up with an ear infection I decided to ignore ( I'm regretting this decision!) I was camping one night and woke up dizzy the next morning;it went away but then came back but then went away til about a week later. From there I was having episodes every about 3 days. ER doc said it was BPPV but that ended up not being the case. My vertigo episodes lasted for about 45mins to an hour and afterwards I would feel off balanced for hours. The vertigo episodes as well came along with nausea, hot sweats, and vomiting and at times my one side of my face would feel like a fullness feeling; usually the one I was always laying on. I went on meclizine which never did anything but make me feel drowsy and urinate a lot. After 3-4 rounds of antibiotic and eventually a chiropractic appointment, I felt better and the vertigo went away. Each time I was on an antibiotic, it was for fluid in my ear, sinusitis("chronic") to even a possible inner ear infection. Granted yes my sinuses did hurt and their was fluid feeling in my ear ( which I think so, I'm deaf in that ear that seems to always build up with fluid; I was born deaf in that ear); I feel like there was more to it. Everything was fine for 3 years; as I went to a chiropractor regularly but I couldn't afford to go anymore and I noticed my body feeling off and anxious a lot. Last year at a birthday party for a friend, I had one beer, and ate a little and also had some cake which I shared. I was holding my urine for a while because I felt weird just being in a place I had never been ( it wasn't a house) and I felt a sudden vertigo episode that lasted seconds. I was freaked out so I went to urinate and felt the sweating and anxiousness coming on ( didn't help the bathroom was hot as even in there!)  I was fine the next day just felt drained; I blamed it on the one beer ( which I haven't drank alcohol since that night) My anxiousness got a bit worse but was very easy to deal with. After my ex and I broke up, I had moments of anxiousness where I would feel lightheaded; and while kayaking which isn't a good thing. And at times I would see little bright lights in my eyes like "stars"; that once I rested I was well on my way. This lightheaded feeling happened a few times, i just associated it with me feeling anxious. That was until I had a full blown panic attack in a gas station one night while pay for food. New Years Eve 2014 started a road to anxiety, depression and eventually agoraphobia. Which is getting better, finally taking those baby steps to actually doing things and not sitting around all the time. But in May ; the week before my birthday I had just been dealing with a cold, blowing my nose constantly; even felt it pushing into my ears. The weekend of my birthday; I went to the chiropractor one night then headed to go, camping and bam that next morning I woke up with vertigo ( of course it didn't happen until we were headed out for our adventure of the day. A week after that I went to a clinic doctor and she said that I had fluid in my ears and prescribed; you guessed it antibiotics again! Well it helped, but not til after the chiropractic appointment I made. Just a minute after the adjustment to my back and neck I got a vertigo attack. A couple of days after that and a few days into the antibiotics I was feeling all better. That was until a few weeks ago when it came back; I was dealing with sinuses pain at the time but I was just sitting at home watching a movie with friends and got anxious; had to urinate and bam dizziness and sweating; I stayed in bed the next day due to nausea and stomach bothering me and hot flashes. After talking with a chiropractor ( a different one than I initially went to) he recommended I try natural supplements to rid of bad bacteria and viruses. So I tried them and I think they have helped; my sinus pain is gone where it was bothering me, I still have some pain above my nose. Something I have notice this time around was noise was bothering me, even my friends voices and the tv being loud ( which being partly deaf I always have it loud). I also have noticed that while having the vertigo attack; the back of my neck and head feel kind of tingling sensation ( not numbness or anything like that). My neck and shoulder muscles always hurt. I even noticed one more that I woke up and tried to get my day moving that just trying to stand and doing the dishes was difficult because of the noise. I finally got to a chiropractor in town and got an adjustment, I felt like a new person, felt good. But I'm feeling back out of whack again, and I'm going to see him again.
I've been reading a lot. and I read that cervicogenic vertigo is not so recognized; but could it be that, that is what I'm dealing with?
I get ringing in the ears at a high pitch from time to time; I don't notice my hearing getting any worse and my eye don't move when I'm getting a vertigo attack. Also the vertigo seems to me that it is a spinning feeling but it also like a film stuck in a projector moving up and down. My new chiropractic thinks I have a slight off tracking of my eyes that could be causing this, but I haven't found anything literature to that correlation.
I need my life back, kayaking, work, friends a life without anxiety because I'm scared of getting vertigo and having to be the pooper of the party wherever I'm at.
I also read that my atlas could be off and not aligned? But wouldn't my chiropractor notice that when he adjusts me?
I now take a multi-vitamin and 500mg of Vitamin C everyday and the natural supplements are done with. Occasionally I'll take Bonine if I feel off but that never helps with the dizziness. I haven't had any dizziness in over a week. *knocked on wood* But I want to keep it that way! It really gets me down and depressed and crying out for help because I don't want to deal with it. Please any information would be great. Ive been trying to weeks to find a way to healthcare but since I don't work and my state didn't renew Medicade I can't get help until December! If i qualify for the new state health program. I need some answers on where I can get answers that can be relatively affordable.
Thank you for your time in reading this! I truly am so grateful for it!!
Sincerely, the young adult who just wants to get her life back; preferably before shes 28 ( 8 months away! Lol)

Thanks Isabel, I will look into this. Never thought about the liver and gallbladder.
I think chiropractic has been helping but time can only tell. I notice my neck sore a lot, probably from the way I sleep too but who knows. Trial and error...which is soooo frustrating!

Hi there,

sorry to see you go through all that. I can't tell you how to get rid of your vertigo, but I can explain how I got rid of mine, and maybe this knowledge will help. I got vertigo due to calcium deposits in my ears (released abruptly from soft tissues) and this caused an imbalance that was giving me vertigo. Since I discovered where this came from, I started to look for ways to get rid of the depoists. It took me 4 months doing this: I would take Chanca Piedra tea (phyllantus tenellus) daily for 3 weeks and then take a mixture teas as described by Andreas Moritz (I would recommend you read the book "The liver and gallblader miracle cleanse" to know how to detoxify more fully), he calls it the kidney cleanse tea for another 3 weeks. Always repeating until I got rid of the vertigo. All the while I was also taking gingko biloba supplements to support the kidneys in this cleanse.

Hope this helps.
