Vertigo weakness

I have been suffering from vertigo and all over weakness feeling for about 10 weeks. It started Mid Oct with one night of terrible spinning and vomitting then improved for about 3 weeks. After Thanksgiving travel I was a mess I had spinning sensations and weakness saw a PA she ran a simple blood panel all was normal, my ferritin was 22, FANA 1.8 (normal??). Gave me meclizine and xanax. I have neck pain and stiffness and have gone to physical therapy 3x and done some exercises, they have not improved it. I have recurrent sinus infection, they did a CT of my sinuses, they were clear. I asked for allergy/food testing today and the dr screamed at me it wasn't going to be an answer. NO doctor will help me.  It is controlling my life I am becoming very depressed and don't know where to turn.  I feel good while sitting but when I walk it gets worse. I feel fine while laying down but it starts a few hours after I get up in the morning.

Are you taking other medicines besides meclizine or xanax? I have the same problems but it turns out to be ethmoiditis, a form of sinusitis. But you mentioned that you did a CT scan of your sinus and it was clear. Does your blood panel includes the normal CBC test which tests for vitamin deficiencies? Sometimes, the problem can be a simple as needing an eye glasses. Hope you feel better.

Gosh, I have absolutely no idea, but I'm assuming you don't think this could be in any way related to your pregnancy because you experienced the same symptoms previous to becoming pregnant.......has your physician looked into the possibility of an inner ear thing going on....like Meniere's syndrome?  It sounds like something is affecting your balance and equilibrium....good luck with getting a diagnosis, so that you can return to good health!  Jo
