Very Strange Question

I am 24 years old, and for some time i had problems with my eyes and head aches. Then i went to a chiropractor, and what he told me is that my neck vertebras were not straight. He told me Iwill have to visit him 3 or 4 times a week and will have to sleep only on my back and always sit straight. The method of treatment was that he would turn my head from side to side very forcefully and make the joints "snap".  I visited him for 3 or 4 times a week for about 2 years. After some time I could "turn" my head and make it "snap" the way he did on my own. But then I started feeling this strange feeling of pain when I put my head on the pillow and a sensation of constant itching of my scalp. Something really bizarre started happening - I saw that my head has gradually and slowly started changing it's shape. I could feel this with my hand, and see this in a mirror. The change was that in some areas my head was kind of "pressed down" or "curved", it was kind of "pressed in" in some areas (especially in the back of my head). Slowly the change in the shape of my head started being noticeable not only to me (I tended to like very short haircuts).  I went to a neurologist, even to neuro-surgeon and they said  they haven't heard of such things. They sent me to a few blood checks and made a roentgen, then a CT scan, and said there was'nt anything unusual there. But this is a fact. What could be the reason for that happening? Can one's scalp change it's shape so drastically? What should I do now? I am aware of the fact that  this sounds very odd but please try to help me if you can.

I can't comment on the itching, but I think your chiropractor was very irresponsible to treat you 3-4 times a week with manipulation for that length of time.
If the neck (or any other joint) requires manipulation that often for that length of time, the dysfunction obviously stems from elsewhere in the spine - e.g. if the sacroiliac joints (pelvis) are unstable, it will create misalignment of the spine above it, including the neck.
Furthermore, if manipulation is administered too frequently, it will cause the ligaments to slacken - hence you were able to create the click yourself.
I would recommend finding a different practitioner.

Alterations in skull shape do not occur due to pressure alone after childhood when the skull bones fuse together and are no longer relatively soft.

Variations in skull size can occur slowly over time, due to certain diseases like acromegaly (excess growth hormone) or Paget' s disease (in older people), or in a more localized fashion by a disease of the bone, or an underlying inflammatory lesion under the bone which can cause some bony remodelling.

Variations could occur in the soft tissue overlying the skull over time in response to repeated trauma or pressure.

Objective measurements (like head cirumference, or by CT scan with 'bone windows' could be made and follwed over time to objectively record any changes in the skull
