Was i misdiagnosed?

I was diagosed with a spot on my brain and the doctor sent me to a specilaist but i couldnt go back but i didnt have insuarance. I dont rememer what the doctor said about all i remember is that he said that there was a little spot on my brain. That was in 2004. I didnt have any syptoms but now i am getting worried. I have been having headaches to the point i cant even get up. When i do get up it gets worse. I have been having blurred vision and seeing double. and my moods change. The thing is that i dont want to believe that doctor because he told me i had endometricies and now i have a 2 year old son.  So what i want to know is if i should go to the doctor to get it checked out and if i do go to the doctor how would i bring it up. Thank you

Im sorry, I had a little difficulty reading your post without the any punctuation, but what I think youre asking is if you should go to the origianl doc, or a new one.  As Melissa said, endrometriosis does not mean you cant have children, so he did not make any mistake there.  I would go to the first doctor, and if youre not satisfied, you can get a second opinion.
Also know that a spot on the brain could mean nothing serious, and may not have anything to do with your headaches.  However, you do need to get it checked out.
I hope you find your answers soon and that you feel better...sending warm thoughts your way...

First off, people with endometriosis can have children.  It can just be harder to get pregnant.  So don't dismiss the doctor just because of that.

If you are having headaches that debilitating, just make an appointment.  You can get the films from your previous MRI at the office you had it done and take them along.

Good luck.
