Water trickling in head

Hello,

I am a 25 year old South Asian male. For the past couple of years, I've had sensations of water trickling in my ear, and over time it seems like the trickling is in my head. For years, it was maybe like twice a week or so for a couple of seconds, nothing too worrisome. 2 months ago, I had intense episodes of vertigo (room spinning) that lasted less then a minute. There were 3 of those episodes total, and then after that I have felt a loss of balance and mild dizziness all the time. Constant tinnitus in my left ear as well. The trickling of water in my head has increased since the onset of these symptoms. I have seen 2 ENTs, both of which don't know what it is (one said anxiety, the other considered Meniere's). Whenever I tell the doctors about this trickling water sensation, they act like they didnt even hear me say it. If anyone has had any similar symptoms please let me know as I am desperate at this point in trying to figure out what it is . Thanks!
