Weakness in legs sometimes giving way altogether

Recently I had a bad fall breaking vertebrae and my arm in a couple of places due to my leg giving way. I have seen a neurosurgeon who tested the nerves in my legs then had me undertake an MRI to check for spinal chord dysfunction. Both of these drew a blank so now having concluded that my legs are much weaker than they ought to be I am to undertake nuerology testing and another MRI on the brain.
I also have sufered from migraines for sometime. What are the possible causes of my complaint? Has anyone else experienced these symptons?

There is a possibility that you have suffered nerve damage due to fall and fracture of vertebra. Please go ahead and get the neurological and nerve conduction tests done to know the location and extent of damage.
As of now these symptoms do not seem to be due to migraine. The symptoms of tingling numbness due to migraines are over when the attack subsides.
Do keep us posted on your progress.
