There is a possibility that you have suffered nerve damage due to fall and fracture of vertebra. Please go ahead and get the neurological and nerve conduction tests done to know the location and extent of damage.
As of now these symptoms do not seem to be due to migraine. The symptoms of tingling numbness due to migraines are over when the attack subsides.
