Weird Sleep Problem

Ive had a long standing problem where when I try to sleep I get a ticklish feeling behind my left eye and sometimes it is accompanied by a ticklish feeling in my stomach.  It results in keeping me in a light disturbed sleep and it is exhausting. No doctor has even paid any attention to this symptom and I can't find anything on google anything like it. I also have nocturnal asthma if that's of any consequence.  This endless tickling is keeping me awake and wearing me down.

Hi!
The symptoms can be due to insomnia or due to sleep disturbances, bad gastric reflux, hyperthyroidism or due to anxiety. Sleep with head end raised and eat small and frequent meals. Avoid smoking, alcohol and fuzzy drinks. Eat less of oily and spicy food and see if your symptoms improve. Otherwise, you may need blood tests and sleep studies to rule these out. Since a confirmed diagnosis cannot be given on net please consult your doctor regarding these possibilities. Hope this helps. Take care!
