Weird Symptoms

I am a 23 y/o male. For the past couple months after I applied Icy Hot to my chest it has felt like my heartbeat became weaker and I can't feel it in my chest anymore. It has also felt like when I get nervous my heart doesn't respond the same way by speeding up and beating a little harder (it feels like it doesn't react.) I have also been feeling fatigued and getting really bad headaches and head pressure, the headaches and head pressure feel worse when I am stressed or nervous along with lightheaded feelings. The top of my chest and throat also feel tight. My chest feels really stiff especially when breathing. There is some muscle pain also.I have seen a cardiologist and had EKG's done and stress echos done and wore a event monitor. everything came back normal. I have had my adrenals checked and thyroid checked. My blood pressure seems lower than usual but not dramatically low. my heart rate also isn't slow it just feels less noticeable all of a sudden along with these headaches and fatigue. I was wondering if these sound symptoms sound familiar to anyone? Could this be a neurological problem?
