Weird fizzing sound in back of neck/base of skull

I have had this weird liquid or pop rocks or fizzing sensation at the back of my neck/base of my skull for almost 5 years now.  I was just wondering if anyone has ever heard or been diagnosed with this sensation.  I have heard of MS being something or maybe an aneurysm cause my mom passed away from one like 4 years ago so I was just wondering if it is related.  I am also having sleep & stomach problems in another forum so I am just wondering if all of this is somewhat related.  The sensation in my neck is worse w/ stress or when I am hungry mostly in the morning so i don't know maybe it is just stress.  Thank you

I am having gurgling water flushing noises in the back of my head for over a 2 months. It has become louder and scary. My ears have been ringing almost every night.My head also tightens as if its sqeezing my skull. I'm 29 and I need to know what to ask the doc.to get the best treatment possible.please respond
