Hi Haug,
How are you feeling now?
Do you still do ecstasy or alcohol?
What are the investigations done for you?
Has any scan been done? If so I would like to know the report?
I think anxiety might the cause, because of age, alcohol, parties, ecstasy etc.
Do you have any other symptoms like irritability, insomnia, difficulty, concentration problem or feeling of lost and what to do?
What I am trying to say is Substance abuse or alcohol toxicity has similar features.
I would suggest you to do meditation, yoga, and deep breathing exercise and take multivitamins.
If annoying symptoms still persist, then you consult a physician.
Hi,
I think most probably it is tension headache. First and foremost please calm down and stop taking alcohol completely. Take up a physical activity or sport. If you are anxious you can take antianxiety medicine like alprazolam at night. Eat your meals regularly on time. Do not stay awake past your bedtime and maintain proper fluid intake. Hope you will feel better soon!
