How are you? What other symptoms are present? This could be due to neurological or psychological issues. Or as Professor Blaszczynski, a psychologist  at University of Sydney, attributes to a physiologic effect-    phantom vibration syndrome. That sound, caused by electromagnetic interference, occurs even when a mobile is not receiving a text message or ringing, and it can often happen when the mobile connects with a mobile tower.
