What are some good anxiety/depression home remedies?

Hi i was looking for a doctor's answer please. Im 19 years old male. Healthy and active! background- i used to take paxil, a anxiety and depression medicine during my High School years. i havent taken them in like 5 years or so. But out of nowhere i now feel tired, and confused, and drowsy, and like the feelings i feel are weird. It's like im not aware of a lot of things. and its hard for me to think sometimes and remember things at times. Like im a little more forgetful about things. Im still working out and run daily to keep active and keep my blood pumping. What are some good at home remedies to help these symptoms? And oh, i do get nervous sometimes not like i used to though, thank god.

Thanks,

Andy

Kava (Liquid) and St. John's Wart are beautiful herbal remedies.. You will feel like a whole new person.

Kava Liquid ( Take with BOTTLE WATER ONLY) Use one dropper per 1/3 glass of water, effects can vary!- TASTES AWFUL!   YOU'LL LOVE HOW IT WORKS THOUGH.
Longer term effects use
St. John's wart ( TIME RELEASE) in pill form. Do research on both, you'll see! GOOD LUCK,
Nicola
