What could this be??

For the last 6 months, I've had chronic neck pain. Lately, it's been radiating down my right arm and has been making my right leg weak. I get major headaches in the sides of the head and the back of the head. Whenever I stand up, I get dizzy+ feel hot and it takes a minute for the room to stop spinning. Also when I go to sleep at night, I'll wake up and one of my hands will be numb, then i'll have to move it continuously until it's awake...even though I didn't sleep on it...
Had an MRI of brain and neck, everything normal. Going to a neurologist on the 10th of Februrary, but I'm terrified because the pain is just getting worse and worse and I'm getting desperate.
Someone help please?!?!?
THANKS!!! =)
