L5-S1: No focal dis protrusion/extrusion or bulde. No mass effect on thecal sac or stenosis
Facet Joins: No siognificant hypertrophic changes.
Neural foramina: Mild left side L5-S1 neural foramaina encroachment.
Soft tissues: A 6 mm T2 hyperintense lesion noted posterior to right facet joint at L3-4.
1: Posterior disc bulges of L1-2, L3-4, and L4-5 discs flattening anterior thecal sac, no high grade central canal stenosis
2: Small cyst posterior to right facet joint at L3-4
3: Mild left sie L5-S1 neural foramina stenosis
what does all this mean??? Is this bad really bad, or normal???
