What does my lab work mean??

I just got my lab work done and I cant go to the doc till Jan 22 (its the soonest I can get in) My results were
ANACHOICE (TM) SCREEN POSITIVE
DNA (DS) ANTIBODY 15 H
ANA PATTERN SPECKLED
ANTINUCLEAR ANTIBODIES 1:80 H
CREATININE 0.6 LOW
SED RATE 31 HIGH
What does all this mean? Everything I look up brings me to Lupus. My brother has ankylosing spondylitis. My mom sis and grandma have autoimmune diseases all three have a diffrent one. None are Lupus. Any suggestions what my results may mean??
