What I actually want to know is whether people's dreams can be influenced in any way through sound, light, touch and/or temperatureTemperature measurement variations (while being asleep obviously).
And if dreams can be influenced through any or all of these methods, how can one discern a nice dream from a nightmare, based on EEG, heart rate and blood pressurePressure ulcer? Is there an easy method? I mean, are the EEG graphs obviously different in case of a nice dream compared to a nightmare?
