What is a subdural hygroma

what is a subdural hygroma?  Is it dangerous generaly? Is it alway from a fall or infection?, because i was told to have one but i had none of the above. Can i have more information on the kind your born with or the kind kids get. Can they cause problems out of the blue if they were stable for years?  I will post a picture of what they say i have is a subdural hygroma but there not sure.

I have sleered speech recently, i dont realize i talk qucik. i fall, migraines, bad spasms in limbs, weakness in limbs  and right side and face same with those are but with loss of sensation, double vison in right eye.

I have no answers and im not sure what to do.

Hi, thanks for your query.  Subdural hygroma is csf without blood, it normally occurs in elderly after trivial trauma but in children it is more common after an infection.  Most sub dural hygroma of chronic sub dural haemorrhage is benign but acute hygromas are an emergency.  Your symptoms could be because of sub dural hygroma.  Consult a neurologist.
