What is going on with this vibration feeling?

Last night I woke up after a sound sleep because I felt a vibration in my body.  But, because I was half asleep I didn't know that's what it was.  In the morning I again noticed the vibration coming from my groin area.  Right in the center.  Very, very weird.  During the day today it wasn't that annoying because it wasn't happening as frequent as it is now while I'm typing this.  It lasts for a couple of seconds and pauses for several seconds and then starts again.  It feels just like a cell phone vibrating but not as strong.  I suffer from something else that is weird and that is that I hear something call the HUM.  That started back in 2008.  Is this related to that?
I'm 51 female pretty much done with menopause.  In pretty good health, good blood pressure, have been getting sores inside my mouth lately...I'm glad to read there are many suffering from this also, but like the HUM problem there are no sure answers.  Will this go away?  What is the cure?  Can't wait to see the Doctor's face when I bring this up...

Vibrating back of skull left side. Not humming
It is almost  like an light electrical CURRENT.
Not painful but annoying. It started about June 1st 2015
But listen to the last time I had this same vibration.
It was in my solar plexus. Off and on for about 7 days.
The vibration all of a sudden moved to my right back shoulder. I said to self
"Somebody bumped the table"
On the 7th day the bad quake hit Haiti. And the vibration stopped. Permanently.
Some people were talking about HAARP so I looked on the map and noticed a straight line over my head from Alaska to Haiti...over my head.! !
My body is an antennae I think. Maybe.

I have been having the same symptoms intermittently for some time, but is becoming increasingly regular.  Sorry to see no comments, solutions or identification offered.  Wondering if the poster has seen a doctor and what the outcome of the visit was?  Probably won't see much additional activity from a two year old post at this point.
