What is the cause of my back pain?

Hi I had an EMG and this is the results:f waves latencies are absent in peroneal nerves, and normal in bilateral tibial nerves.H relexes are prolonged in both legs, with the right side worse than the left. Also an MRI showed the following:disc herniation at L5-S1 creating a ventral extradural defect. There is extension of disc into the neuroforamen bilaterally.Disc bulge at L4-5.

There is pain that run down from my back to my toe on the right side. Sometimes so severe that it causes me to stop walking for about 5mins.
