What is the correlation between decreased sensory neuropathy and several cancers?

I am a 45yr. old female w/a h/o aI recent EMG & nerve conductor studies which showed the sensory neurons dropping from 9 & 10 4yrs. ago to 2. Motor neurons dropped from 9 & 10 to 7 & 8. H/O RLS. Diabetes work up completely negative. Also negative for Lupus and Rheumatoid Arthritis. Urine protein and protein electrophoresis shows 11 for protein and electrophoresis was normal. Serum protien was WNL. Serum electrophoresis ony showed 1 slight abnomality, otherwise WNL. Currently have anti neuronal antibodies test ordered. I am aware this test is looking for numerous cancers. Is there a distinct correlation between the decreased sensory neurons, my lab results and cancer? Thank you for your input. I appreciate your time.
