Hi,
Since you have long sitting hours and most probably a bad sitting posturePosture Posture-d h/p, there could be spinal nerve compression in the back leading to the numbness and tingling. Please go for MRI of the spine and consult a neurologist. Physiotherapy and medication may provide you some relief. If the compression is severe, you may need a surgery. Hope this helps you. Take care and regards!
