What would cause elevated AChR Ab

What would cause elevated AChR Ab

I'm aware that myasthenia gravis will cause an increase in AChR Ab,
what other conditions could cause more that a boarderline response to this test?
Are the antibodies only created in the thymus or can they also be created in the bones and would that cause a slightly elevated Alk Phos in the bone Fraction?

Thank you for the question,
AChR Ab is very specific for Myasthenia Gravis. The specificity is around 97-98 percent in Generalized and Ocular MG . It is only about 60 % sensitive in Ocular MG but 90% sensitive in Generalized MG.
AChR Ab has been found in experimental MG and in medication-induced
MG from D-penicillamine ( a copper chelating agent used in treatment
of Wilson's disease).
I am not sure about the bones but I doubt, and elevation in Alk Phos is
fairly non specific.
