Where could this come from?

For at least a year I have been having pain in my chest going under my armpit down my arm and also a numbness. I have several EKGs done. This pain now some how involves my leg. All of this is on the left side of my body. I have a burning numbness in my pointer left finger. So this pain shoots up and down my left side of the body.Im at a military base and they can't seem to find what's wrong with me. All they say is they don't know. and they know it's not my heart. My question is, how does a pinch nerve sound in this case????????
