Where to get treatment

My friends 12 year old son has Chronic Lyme Disease, Mycoplasma and Babesiosis. He is extremely ill he has lost a massive amount of weight he doesn't talk right anymore (slurs) and can't remember anything short term (gets up to get a snack forgets what he is doing before he gets to kitchen). He has been sick with it about 1 year according to doctors estimate... he was diagnosed 2 months ago. We are in bc, canada.
They have been taking him to seattle washington for treatment as they ran 4 weeks of antibiotics and called it quits here.
They have sold their house to finance the $5000 per month in prescriptions he is taking and are willing to move anywhere at all to have him treated.
Where is the best place to take him?
