Dear Dr.,
Thanks for your kind response. We have already consulted Dr.Viraj Sanghi, Peadiatric Neurologist  with reports of MRI,NCV & other blood tests & he has diangnosed it as Leukodystrophy & told that there is no treatment for this across the world.
The patient is mainly having symptoms of regular stomachache, low body weight, & dullness.
Please guide us about any Diet therapy or other treatment available for this.

Thanks for using the forum. I am happy to address your questions, and my answer will be based on the information you provided here. Please make sure you recognize that this forum is for educational purposes only, and it does not substitute for a formal office visit with a doctor.

Without the ability to examine you and obtain a history, I can not tell you what the exact cause of the symptoms is. However I will try to provide you with some useful information.

White matter disease is a generic term for a disorder involving the white matter of the brain (as opposed to the gray matter). There are several types of white matter disorders, the most common one being multiple sclerosis. There are other genetic/metabolic disorders, collectively known as the leukodystrophies, of which there are several types. In someone with white matter disease, evaluation for inflammatory or infectious causes is important as well. The course and the treatment really depend on what the exact cause is. Multiple sclerosis, vasculitis, and other disorders each have their own treatments. Evaluation by a pediatric neurologist is recommended, so that the exact type of leukodystrophy can be diagnosed and appropriate treatment initiated.

Thank you for this opportunity to answer your questions, I hope you find the information I have provided useful, good luck.
