White spots and worsening strang symtoms...

I have some troubling issues? in feb of this year i fell, blacked out, or ? all i rember is wakeing up in the emerg room with 8hrs lost? "scary" 7 days later i was released only after 3 mri's, CT scan, heart monitor worn for the 7 days, sonogram of heart , and who knows what blood work ? my BP when i was picked up by the bandaid wagon was 255/157 and yes those # are right ...
mri was clear when i arrived yet the one they did 3 days later had "White spots" that werent there 3 days sooner?
now 8months later memory loss is bad, and lately as of 3 weeks ago now im haveing kinds dizzy feeling like when you get hit in the head (hard) last 2 weeks its all the time and last 2 days when i blink it worsens if i look left and blink i get a slight shock that radiates through body and most times it goes into arm and hands?
it took hospital when i fell all 7 days to manage BP and 3 days after arriving i had a bad reaction to something they gave me and responce people had to be called.. put a dent in going home 750mi away..still today cant manage BP with good ## ? i dont drink or smoke im 45 yo 240lbs
