Who can I trust?

Had Arthritis pain, stiffness,bone pain off and on for about a yr. back in 94 with a low positive titer & 4 positive bands in a Lyme Elisa. Dr that found it Sent me to Nashville, they said it was a false positive..no lyme disease in KY.  was seen for 3 yrs for chronic fatigue..got worse & worse....since then I have been diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder..that comes and goes like flair ups. Until about 3 weeks ago. Whole new world. Episodes of spinning, tingling in my head, both hands & feet numb, buzzing in my head, ringing in my ears, my right vision is horrible, head aches, fatigue, IBS, finger joint pain, feel very overstimulated to noise & touch.. Was in the hospital for 2 days. No degeneration in my brain on MRI in 94, 2006 or now. But they want to call it MS??? Im so flippen tired of this. I just turned 40, have a 4 yr old adopted daughter from China. I need some help, this is taking over my life..Does anyone know of a good Lyme Dr in the area, I will drive 8 hours if I must. I had seen a Dr. In evansville a long time ago, & he was helping me & really thought that it was Lyme, but he does not do it anymore.
