Whom I need to contact eighter nerologist, nerosurgon, neromuscular or orthopedist?

I'm rajesh, worked as a steward since 2 years during my study in australia. between this period I use to work minimum 14 hours per day, because I need money to support my studies. Infact I'm not working since 6months, but surprisingly I'm not able to stand on my legs continuously for 1minute. If I stand more than 1minute my legs are paining a lot. I don't know the reason why I'm not able to stand but if I walk I'm not getting pain. During stand on my legs I felt like whole my body weight is falling on my feet. So I'm eagrly looking for suggestion whom I need to contact to solve this problem (I mean neurologist, neurosurgon, neuromuscular or orthopedist?) Please suggest me what I need to do to come out of from this problem?

Hi there. Your job as a steward required you to stand continuously for long hours like 14 hours a day. One can have varicose veins on prolonged standing. These are swollen, twisted, painful veins due to pooling of blood because of malfunctioning valves. This may present with fullness, and aching in legs, visibly enlarged veins, and brown discoloration of skin at ankles. Consult a surgeon, general surgeon first for evaluation.  You might need duplex ultrasound. Therapy would include stripping, sclerotherapy etc. the surgeon will also check for other possibilities like deep vein thrombosis causing leg pain and with serious consequences like pulmonary embolism.
