Whoop Whoop or Pulse in the Head

I suffer from a mild to moderate case of tinnitus but this sensation is something new.  I can possibly attribute it to no longer taking an "Anti-Depressant and this may be a symptom of withdrawal but I am unsure.  I have been experiencing what I would describe as a "whoop whoop" or "whoop" or pulsing or pulse, not exactly in my ears but more generalized like it is in my head.  I am unable to cause it to happen by doing something on my own.  Sometimes it is like the "whoop" or pulse has caused a momentary sensory stimulation on an extremity, kind of like a electrical stimulation but only momentary.  Moving my eyes or head does not seem to cause it but on occasions that seem to be a trigger and yet when I try to duplicate it I cannot duplicate the symptom.  I am 72 years old and it just may have something to do with my age but I would like to find out I am not nuts
