Why Tremors?

About a week ago, I noticed I was having tremors in bilateral upper extremities. This is obvious extremely when I try to type and when holding a paper to read. Frequently, I have also experience some problems with coordination when I walk. I will shift to one side without being aware. At times it is so bad, that I loose balance and will fall if not careful. Could these symptoms be co-related to upper cervical disease process that is requiring fusions or of any other problems (Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, etc) ? Your answers will be greatly appreciated.

Typically Alzheimer disease doesn not causes tremor and the tremor in the parkinson disease starts from one side. please give mmore inf such as alcohol impack on the tremor, famiy history of parkinson disease and tremor. By the way, could you please give the range of your age, such as from 30-40 yrs old
