Why is my lower lip twitching?

I've recently started using Advair and Singulair, and now my lower lip is twitching.  It has never done this before, but I do occasionally get eye twitches.  My lower lip also feels numb, and a few months ago, I guess due to my allergies, my lips and eyes swelled up and I looked ridiculous until I got a shot from the doctor and was told to take Benadryl if it happened again.  Do you think my lip is twitching as a side effect of Advair and Singular?

This is of concern. Ask your doctor about tardive dyskinesia. Google "patient education tardive dyskinesia". If involuntarily movements are caused by a medication and they are not temporary (extra-pyramidal side effects) than a consultation with a neurologist to rule this out is warranted and if they suspect it as a possibility change the medications to something that can't cause it. Look on the package insert or website that's medically reliable to see if that's listed as a long term side effect as well.
