I cannot give a clinical diagnosis over the internet
Its not clear to me that you have a primary neurological disorder
Several conditions can give rise to the skin changes you have experienced, which you may or may not have - I cannot tell without seeing you, and I am not an expert in these conditions
Carcinoid syndrome is a condition where circulating hormones released by various tissues or growths in the body can produce a transient (or fixed when more advanced) sensation of heat and usually a red rash, and could also produce anxiety. Urine testing for specific hormone metabolites can evaluate this. An overactive thyroid gland should also be looked into - can cause a rash, anxiety and heat intolerance. Some forms of porphyria (a disturbance of iron metabolism) can produce transient rashes that are sensitive to light, and may produce anxiety or similar eractions. Its unlikely that these are seizures if they last so long. Again some specific urine and blood testing can be done.
These are just some suggestions, and should not take the place of a consulatation, which you should have with an expert, for instance, endocrinologist
