Wierd buzzing

Wierd buzzing

Hi...I am a 29 yo male.  I am very nervous because a few months back I was diagnosed with a slight hip problem...basically it aches all the time, and evidently there is not enough space between my hip socket and the bone..I was presribed PT and she told me that all of it is due to the fact that I have extremely tight leg muscles, always have, and never stretched.  PT help for a bit, but then I had to take a 2 month break because my daughter was born.  I totally stopped my PT and all stretching routines for 7 weeks.  Last week I began them again because my hip was hurting so badly and now my hamstrings are constantly buzzing -it's not like a twitch, but a buzzing sensation.  I am scared that I have some wierd neurological disorder such as ALS.  I am taking triple flex (glucosamine/chondroitin) and the supplement CALM, as well as apple cider vinegar.  I know it may sound stupid, but I am just very anxious about something happening to me because I want to be there for my wife and daughter for many many years.  Basically my joints ache, and my lower body is buzzy...I am beginning to think that the dr. misdiagnosed this whole hip thing in the first place.  Anyone have any advice or reassuring words for me?  I am scared.

Can anyone comment?  I saw a Physiatrist today and she about scared the death out of me...Very dry  and to the point - scheduled me for an EMG/Nerve conduction test even though my other dr.  said he thought it was just a pinched nerve...Do my symptoms sound like they are the onset of something serious?  or do you think it is just my anxiety making things worse?  I am terrified of dying young or being very sick...

there is nothing to get upset about - the EMG/Nerve Conduction test will test your nerves to see if they are working properly. I too had a "hip problem" or so they thought until I had an MRI for my lower back and it showed I had a large herniated disk. I also had a "buzzy" feeling on the right side of my lower abdomen - it felt like a cell phone on buzz.  Along the way I think that nerve died cause now it is just numb - and it did go numb before I had the surgery on my back - the feeling never returned.
