Wierd circulation issues? Or is it? No one knows. Help

Ok, so i gte tingling sometimes, pins and needles after drinking. but it doesnt happen much in the day. but i notice when its cold my body doesnt pump blood anywhere near as much

recently, my skin has lost its 'bounce' in my fingers...so i push the skin and it remains in the same place, never used to happen, my fingers just dont feel 'full' anymore, and this has developed practically overnight, in a couple of months.

even when like now the veins are bulging on the backs on myhands.

im also having issues with all of my joints clicking, everyone of them

also i have visual problems, worsening each day, palinopsia, fuzzy vision etc

could inadequake blood flow be causing this? why do my fingers sometimes feel ok, like after i wake up but then like now they just feel and look like bags of skin???

MRI-clear
bloodwork clear
peripheral nerves fine
vein strength checked-fine
blood pressure ok

HELP please

I to have had tingling sensations, veins on top of hands and forearms bulging or more ddistended then before. My skin is the same sounding as yours. I move the skin around on the tops of my hands and the skin just stays where i put it. My husband said it looks like your hands are shrinking. They are not naturally, but the skin is all loose . I had tingling, pricking sensations from the scalp to the soles of my feet, my entire body.  As time goes on my skin tissues have changed, it is almost as if fluid is under skin tissues. I have had so many test and they come back normal. My skin tissues face, neck, arms, everywhere i had the tingling is where i feel there is some sort of edema, or fluid. It has been over 4 years now and i still don't have any answers.  If you have an answer or ever find out let me know.  One doctor said something about parasympathetic nervous system over activity of secretions but that is as far as it was taken. I don't think there is anything they can do for the autonomic nervous system, sympathetic, parasymathetic nervous system is part of the autonomic nervous system.  I hope we find an answer.
