Wierd sensations

For the past 4-6 months I have been experiencing a sensation like my hands are very huge- like when I close my eyes, my hands feel like they are 5 times their normal size, and more recently my jaw has a numbing-tightening sensation when at the same time. It is happening increasingly often and starting to worry me a bit. It doesn't effect my daily life, but it is a very wierd feeling.

I don't know if this is useful information or not, but I used to get migraines almost once a month when I was 17-21 (I am now 23, female), and now I only get them about once a year. Now I mostly tend to get cluster headaches behind my left eye, but I don't think I have ever experienced the big hand-sensation during a headache. I take a few medications- Budeprion, Bupropion, and Armor for hypothyroidism.
